Booking a flight

1. Search flights — choose Return, One-way or Multi-city. Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates and number of travellers, then hit Search.
2. Pick your flight — compare results by price, duration and stops. Open any flight to see full details including fare rules, baggage allowance and layover times.
3. Enter passenger details — fill in passenger names exactly as they appear on passports. Use saved traveller profiles for faster checkout.
4. Pay securely — pay by card or wallet balance. All transactions are encrypted. Your e-ticket arrives by email within minutes of ticketing.

Booking a hotel

1. Search hotels — enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests.
2. Compare and choose — filter by price, star rating, amenities and location.
3. Select your room — review inclusions (breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking) and the cancellation policy shown on the listing.
4. Confirm and pay — enter guest details and pay. Your confirmation and voucher are sent to your email.

Applying for a visa

1. Select destination — see processing times, fees and required documents for your destination.
2. Upload documents — passport copy, photo and supporting documents, directly in the application form.
3. Submit application — review, pay the visa fee and submit. You receive a confirmation with your application reference.
4. Track your status — monitor progress from My Trips; email updates are sent at each stage.

Tips before you book

• Book early for better prices — domestic flights are usually cheapest 1–3 months out; international 3–6 months.
• Always check fare rules — non-refundable fares are cheaper but inflexible.
• Save traveller profiles — details auto-fill at checkout on every future booking.
• Check visa requirements early — some visas take weeks; apply well before your travel date.
